Running and Walking both have:
- Cushion in ball of foot and heel
- A low profile toe seam to protect against rubbing and irritation
Running will have a flat knit instep for better fit, more support and less pressure.
Running will have cushion over toes to protect against runner's toe, while Walking will have Lightweight cushion in instep to protect against shoelace pressure, as well as Spandex around the arch for support,
