We’ve made returns easy, so you can try your purchase before committing.

Use our Return Portal – this is the only way we accept returns.
Do not send items without a return authorization – they will be returned to sender.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be dropped off at a shipping depot within 7 business days of starting your return.
$4.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free.
Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If we sent the wrong item or size, contact us – we’ll cover the return shipping fee.

Returns for Try Now, Pay Later purchases must be processed manually through our Customer Care team. Please contact us with your return details.

If you're not satisfied, we’ll refund your purchase – just cover the $4.50 return shipping fee.
Socks must be washed before returning.

Note: THORLO socks do not come with a durability warranty. Like all textile products, they can wear over time.

Care Tip: Turn socks inside out before machine washing. Air dry or use a low-temperature dryer.
